Here’s what to expect:

  1. Complete basic paperwork.
  2. A recruiter will review it with you.
  3. Participate in a formal interview to assess your skills and professionalism.
  4. You may be asked to complete an online skills test.
  5. Some roles require a drug screen and background check.
  6. We’ll contact employment references before moving forward.

For most assignments, you’ll be employed by Priority One. For direct hire roles, employment begins with the client.

Absolutely. We provide resume tips, interview prep, and ongoing support.

We’ll keep your resume on file and alert you about new opportunities.

Not at all. You’re in control of your career. If it’s not the right fit, you’re free to decline.

That’s totally fine. Not every role will be the right fit. Just let us know, and we’ll continue matching you with other opportunities based on your preferences.

We understand things don’t always work out. Call us if the assignment isn’t meeting your expectations. Open communication helps us support you and find the right solution.

Assignment lengths vary—some are short-term, while others may lead to permanent roles. We’ll review the timeline with you before you start.

We typically place you in one role at a time, but if you’re open to multiple opportunities, talk to your recruiter.

Please bring a copy of your resume, photo ID, and any relevant certifications. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed in advance.
