Happy motivated millennial man intern is being hired

The Challenge:

Our client is a religious congregation of Catholic women based in Baltimore, Maryland. As a non-profit organization, its mission is to provide services to the needs of the poorest and most vulnerable populations in the United States and South America. The Baltimore location handles all administrative matters related to achieving its mission goals. As a small and diverse staff, the challenge was finding team members who were critical to their mission. In particular, they needed an Executive Administrative Assistant, a Development/Marketing Manager and a Database Manager.

The Solution:

The Human Resources Director of a non-profit organization (and a current client) became aware of this issue and referred them to Priority One. They reached out to us based on this recommendation. This was their first time using a staffing company, and the initial meeting was a little tentative. We successfully filled the Administrative Assistant position, which bolstered their confidence in Priority One as a staffing partner. We went on to fill the other two positions with as much success as the first.

The Results:

It has now been several years since our first placement. Like any organization, staff will leave to pursue other career options or retire. When that occurs, their management team turns to Priority One to replace those staff in question. What began as a tentative arrangement with a small client has developed into a lasting relationship. We are their “go-to” resource for staffing.
